FLAME (Female Leaders Advancing Metal Education) is a women-led, women-taught, creative and technical welding ecosystem that blends fabrication, sculpture, industry skills, mentorship and media culture.
We are a community of women in welding and fabrication who lift each other up. Not a brand, not an ad, not someone selling you something. A real, growing network of women who decided the trade is better when we build it together.

There's no gatekeeping or minimum skill level. Whether you've been welding for twenty years or you're still figuring out which helmet to buy, you are welcome exactly as you are.
